Hashtagmixer

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Hashtagmixer web application and mobile applications.

Hashtagmixer is provided as a Software-as-a-Service solution. Access is provided via web browser or mobile app.

Payments are processed via third-party providers, including Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Additional terms and conditions of these providers apply.

Subscriptions purchased via app stores are managed exclusively by the respective store provider. Cancellations and refunds must be handled via the respective app store.

Hashtagmixer’s features require an active subscription. Without an active subscription (e.g. after cancellation, expiry or a failed payment in the app store) they are locked; the account and saved data are kept until the account is deleted. No additional fees are charged for reactivation.

All rights to Hashtagmixer remain with sareba Computer & Software e.U..

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Austrian law applies.
